Jennifer Keegan is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Timed Nutrition Specialist, CORE DE FORCE Live Instructor, and soon to be Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Behavior Change Specialist.
She began her fitness journey in 2011 after graduating from WVU. After her first experience with a 1-on-1 personal trainer she realized she wanted to help others find their balance with health and fitness. Jennifer received her certification in 2013 and started working in 2015.
After 6 figure competitions, a shoulder surgery, and a bikini competition, Jenn’s outlook on fitness and health completely changed. She went from focusing on the amount of weight lifted in the gym and the amount of weight lost on the scale to focusing on the true definition of balance.
Her focus and passion is to help clients understand that health and fitness can be fun, rewarding, and can progress without missing out on life. Her passion is combining resistance training with non-traditional cardio and helping clients understand nutrition beyond ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods to find their own personal balance and happiest, healthiest selves!
